  • Petition I130

Hello everyone. I need a little help encouraging.. let start with my story married my husband in 2014 . At that time he had a deportation pending due to the fact that he got a do in 2011 .. Thankfully he dortation case closed in 2015 but by that time we already had sent in out i130. We had a interview 6 months after that like in January 2016 I guess they needed more proof that our marriage was legit.. finally our petition was approved in July he was able to send in a work permit in the mean time that his petition was being processed. Our lawyer said before Trump became president that we could keep getting work permits to.see if the law changes so that he doesn't have to have his interview in CD Juarez . Well we just got a call yesterday saying we can no longer renew the work permit and we need to send the waiver asap.. it takes about a year and half until her get the interview date in Juarez that if they approve his waiver. My question is once and if they approve the waiver is it a guarantee that they will approve him at the interview in Mx or can they reject him...im just so scared that they might say no to him and he is stuck over there in Juarez.. I.mean we do live in El Paso tx so it's just a matter of crossing the bridge.. but still what I wanna know is once the waiver is approved and his gets his appt date the lawyer said he will just be in Juarez for 2 weeks .. but just wanted to.see if anyone has gone through any if this
