Hi All,
Did anyone else notice the discrepancy between the instructions of Part 3 and the requirement as listed within the document?
Basically, the form states anyone arrested (or convicted) 3 or more times for illegal substances or alcohol must provide certified court and police records of each incident.
The instructions contradict the form.
In the instructions, it only mentions certified copies are only required for CONVICTIONS for the crimes above.
EMMA (USCIS' automated help system) suggests the form is wrong and the instructions are correct.
Can anyone provide substantiation behind which is correct? Did the law change? If not, I'm assuming the form shouldn't either and this was a clerical error.
Since EMMA is officially approved by USCIS, I'm assuming the instructions are correct and the form is wrong...
