Options for bringing spouse

I am getting married on August and plan to bring my spouse afterwards. On my research, I figured that we have two options. Option 1 to bring her on K1 Visa and marry here. Or option 2, marry in India and file I-130 and apply for K3 Visa. Please let me know which would be the fastest of the two to bring her here so that she can work here as soon as possible.

I've heard K-3 Visa might delay CR-1 Visa processing. Is it true? Also any pointers to the typical timeframes for CR-1 and K-3 would also be really helpful.
