Can someone tell me my divorce is not till end of August to my ex but me and my fiance want to send in our papers ..if I get confirmation from the courts to say it's going through with no dispute as we have been separated 10 years and agreed everything in the separation or do I need the dicree absolute...thanks ..tried to contact the embassy in America but can't find anything but if anyone has a email or contact number that would be a great help

So no, sorry, you have to wait until your divorce is final -
As a followup to Inadmissible's correct response to this question...submitting your I-129F before your divorce is final, EVEN IF IT BECOMES FINAL SOON AFTER YOU SUBMIT, may result in a denial and loss of your submittal fee.

Everyone's right. Even if you were to mail out your I-129F the very next day after your divorce was final, that would be fine.
Dates are dates. You must file after final judgement of divorce.--Good luck--
