Currently waiting for our NOA 2. USCIS received it March 20th, 2017. It is now 8-7-17. However, still in the game as far as time goes according to USCIS. Many ppl who filed in March have already been approved! It's a hard process to understand. There are remedies to try:
1.)Check USCIS case online (Which says the same thing a hundred times a day - "My case was received" AAAAAAAAAAAAAH)
2.)Infopass appointment at the local office (Hmmmm strongly considering this)
3.)Call USCIS (Useless)
4.)Call service center directly? Where's the number?
5.)Contact by email? Hmmm (probably useless!)
6.)Place a congressional inquiry? Really? Ok, maybe, but i'll wait 3 more months until it's OUTSIDE of the time element...
7.)FOIA Request?
8.)Call the FBI?
9.)Ombudsman? What's that?
10.)Call TRUMP. NO.
Speaking of TRUMP, WHAT ABOUT THE R.A.I.S.E. ACT? Will that DELAY my I-129F Application if my fiancée is not a lawyer??
ANYONE have ANY experience with this? ? ? ? ?
