Administrating processing?

My fiancé is from the Uk. We have an immigration attorney who since the first of March had been right beside us helping us with forms, and been spot on with time frames for visa processing, medical appt schedules, and embassy schedules.
Well it's been 4 weeks since the Embassy interview, and they wanted to see financial proof he could support me even though we have a sponsor for him when he is here. No problem we send all info to attorney they email embassy. It's been 2 weeks today since that email was received. We can't get time frames as to how much longer the wait is. Both of us going nuts since we've not seen one another for 2 months. Anyone else had to wait along time? Before we needed to prove his is financially stable for at least a year without working when he moves to the us.. we were told 7-10 days and we would have an answer. Now it's been that long and no answer. Both our parents died this year and I was in a horrible life changing car wreck ... if anyone on here could give us some info that would be great. It's what one would say my last efforts to find out something.


Please someone give some support or answers.. our attorney seems clueless no answers.
