K1 for Canadian Citizen

Hello,
I have filed K1 (last week of Sept2017) and have got I-797C and with WAC#, fiancee info,etc. My fiancee is naturalized canadian citizen (Indian born). Looks like all the canadian citizens get their applications sent to Montreal. My question are

1)does the citizenship of certain countries speed up or delay the process. I believe US and Canada have some kind of knowledge sharing that would speed up the process?
2)Does the K1 visa have Country specific quotas ( birth country vs adopted country)?

I am reading posts here and looks like 6 months is the average time.
3)Has anyone got their K1 approved for their Canadian citizen Fiancee within 6 months?

Hey,

(1) I-129F petitions are adjudicated on a first-come-first-served basis.
(2) K-1 visa is not limited to any quotas. It's a family-based petition, so no limitations.

average processing time varies
(1) again, the petitions are processed as they come. No special treatment for most people.
Some people get approved within 30 days. While others may take 6 months.
