I-130 submitted in march of 2017

Is there any delay in the I-130 petitions submitted in march of this year?

Im just saying because a friend of mine submitted his at the same time i did mine and he already got a letter, he is from another office other than Nebraska tho.

I just got the aceptation letter in march saying they accepted my case and sent me a receip number. But that was 8 months ago already.

check the processing times

Every case is unique and handled individually. It's tough to compare your case with someone elses. Have you checked out the processing tables on the USCIS website? what does it say for you? are you out of the normal processing time?
