no maiden name change

i came here on a k3 visa and now on the process of EAD and green card. in all those documents i am still using my maiden name even if i will file for ssn. is it okay to stick to my maiden name coz i dont want then hassles of name change

Yes, it is fine to stick to your maiden name. You wont have any problem about this. A wife can retain or use the husband surname. Whichever you choose will do. And it is legal.
