approval for both k3 and I-130 received, what to do??

Ok...I received approval for K3 a few days ago and also received an approval for I-130. What do I do???

Any advice on what to do here..should i let both process continue or call NVC to cancel the k3??

If you like your wife to have her greencard as soon as she gets to USA and avoid the AOS waiting time..go for I30. But if you want your wife to get to USA sooner just go to K3 route and let her appear for interview. Apply AOS when she gets to USA

I really do not understand. Both 129F and 130 are approved on basically the same day. What happens if she gets an interview for 129F and the next an interview for I130. Should I just let both processes continue, will it not take the same time know for both I-130 and 129F since they both have been approved. I have already received a letter from NVS saying that within a week my wife should start receiving paperwork regarding the application

Don't worry, whichever comes first will be the one that will remain active. The embassy staff will know this. The other application you have applied will automatically just stay inactive. It will not make any problems to you or make any untoward effect on your petition.
