I am planning to file K1 petition for my fiancee. My ex wife during divorce was granted temporary retraining orders in family court. In divorce petition she slammed all frivolous DV charges so until our DV trial judge continue granting temporary restraining orders. During DV trial judge granted her 1yr CLETS restraining order and asked me to attend 16week DV classes; the CLETS expired on May 2016 although my ex settled out of court and as part of marital settlement agreement decided to remove much sooner than expiry. There was no arrest nor any charge through DA. I would like to understand what do I fill in this section as there was no arrest involved at all nor any charge from DA. Thanks in advance!
