Hello, guys,
I'm applying for K-1 visa and need to prove that I was visited my fiancee within last two years. The problem is that my us passport book doesn't have any stamps about board crossing (not Americans', not Europeans'). I guess customs official do it electronically, but how can I show it to immigration authorities? With the application I have sent them the copy of my cert. of naturalization (as a proof of the citizenship) and prints of e-tickets for flights (both ways) and our pictures where we are together. But they sent me form I-797E (Notice of Action) asking for more evidence. Should copy of passport book (that does not have any stamps in it, unfortunately) help to resolve? Thank you in advance.
