** NEED HELP FOR "Spouse Visa" !!!!!

Im new to this forum and i have a few question just want to asked, if anyone know please give me more information THANKS
Im Australian Citizhen lived in Australia and my husband lived in USA [ he only have a green card, not a US citizhen yet]. We already sign our married certificate in Sanjose CA March last year, and we will have our wedding celebration with friend and family in hawaii this coming October and my question is:
1- Can i still come and visit him in the US with my ESTA 90 days visa? & if we fill our Spouse Visa now and i come to USA again to visit him in September will i have any problem at custom? Should i tell the custom that i come to visit my husband and also for our wedding celebration??
2- How long would it take for Permanent green card to sponsor his/her spouse from Australia?
