Hi All,
My Fiancee visited Pakistan where we were engaged more than 15 months ago. My fiancee returned back to USA and sponsor my Fiancee Visa, I was waiting for it from more than 12 months, its under security clearance. Now after 15 months, I got another letter where I need to provide 15 years history related to everything including Social Media, Job, Addresses etc.
Since its taking forever, Now my fiancee and I decided to get marriage within 2-3 months. My questions are as under:
1) Since my Fiancee visa is still under process, can we go ahead and marriage
2) After the marriage what will happen to our Fiancee visa application which is under process
3) After the marriage, can we withdraw our Fiancee visa application and submit our spousal sponsorship application.
4) How long does it take for spousal visa processing.
Please response to above mentioned questions if anyone knows.
