My Filipino fiancee has done her K1 Visa interview at the US Embassy in Manila.
We were missing a couple of documents because they weren't PSA documents, so the application is on hold until we provide them.
Now something has come up and we want to cancel the entire K1 process. Who do we mail or email, or call to do this without prejudice?
We've decided to go another route that is more beneficial for her and her son.
Is it a simple email, or do I write a letter, or do I make a phone call?
It's very important that we withdraw without prejudice. So that we are free to apply in the future.
Does anyone know the actual specific email address or mail address that I would send the cancellation to?
That's what we need.
Thank you in advance for any information. This has always been a helpful site.
