K1 and non-immigrant work Visa at same time

Hello. I am in a dilemma. A while ago we applied for k-1, but as the process has been dragging on I got an offer to transfer to the us through my company in the meanwhile. My question is, that although the k1 petition has been approved, is it still possible to go
Via the company routine
Into the us? And will this option then later on negatively impact any green card process after get married (since I initially applied for a k-1). Not sure if anyone experience a similar situation. Thanks for your help
