K1 Visa SSDI counted as income?

Hello, everyone!

I have a question and I apologize if it has been posted before. I am on SSDI and I also work and report my wages. For a K1 visa, will my SSDI be counted as income towards my affidavit of support to show I can support my fiance? (I think there is an option to have taxes taken out of your SSDI if it needs to be taxable income for the K1). Thanks so much for your help!

yes you can use it but you have to earn at least 100% of the poverty line for the K1 and then 125% of poverty line for the AOS.

While you dont need to file/ pay taxes if you do not earn enough, it would most definitely be beneath the income requirements for sponsorship.
