H1B interview while K1 is in process
My fiancee and I have applied for K1 visa and we got the NOA1. The date on it is June 29th, 2018.
I am currently in India, and a company in the US has applied for my H1B under consular processing.
My questions are
1) Will I be having any problems when I go to the consulate for my H1B interview?
2) I am planning to go for a B2 visa before my H1B gets approved as it looks like even H1B's are taking a while for approval. Did anyone of you get your B2's while your K1 is in process
