AOS interview letter not received

Hi. Hope someone will be able to help me with advice.
My interview was scheduled on 08.08.2018 and since then i haven?t received interview letter.Mostly everyone gets it in a week. I made infopass for end of august in case i don?t receive it. Can you tell me if i will be able at least to get copy of interview letter there? Thanks for any help.

You can submit an online inquiry to ask for a duplicate letter. This would be a good option along with creating the infopass appointment.
