Hello,
Three months ago, I sent from Mexico, City via USPS my application for K1 visa for my Fiance. However, customs retained the package and two months later they send it back to me. I did not know the reason why they did not send it to USCIS. The address was correct and it was a binder with the documentation. Does someone know what may had happened.
Question 2. My Fiance currently has a tourist Visa. Is there a way we can travel to the US with his tourist Visa and then apply for the K1 visa.
