Adjustment of Status Process and Timeframe for CA residents
Hello Everyone,
I am a U.S citizen married to a Canadian citizen. We filed I-130 in Feb of 2017 & it is still pending (according to the site they are working on January 15th, 2017 cases).
My husband applied for adjustment of status (filing I-485, I-131, and EAD) on August 30th of 2018.
we are based in Sacramento CA.
We don't know where our case will be assigned to. We desperately need him to work so we need his EAD card.
can someone please provide me the timeframe after submission of the adjustment of status.
