Applied I-130 in Feb of 2018 and adjustment of status September 2018, what is the pro

I am a Canadian citizen married to a US citizen. My wife petitioned for me on Feb of 2018 by filing I-130 then we decided to file I-485 ( assigned to National Benefit Center) in September. Our I-130 is assigned to Texas center and they are currently working on mid January 2018 cases meaning ours will be processed soon ( we just received an RFE requesting for form I-130A and we submitted). Not sure what is the process. Does that mean it will speed up the process since our I-130 has been filed so many months in advance and not concurrently with I-485 .
