K1 Visa
Dear Sirs/madam
I have a question , about K 1 visa, my fiance lives with her parents in UK, her status over there " Leave to stay permit" and she is going to college over there, the question is if I applied for K 1 visa and got approved does she need to go to home country to get the visa , or she can get it in UK since she had that permit?
I would appreciate it if you could help me answering this question.
