I am Indian citizen and she is green card holder

Hello,

I am currently in India, my fiancee is a us green card holder.

We are engaged but not married yet.

She is currently in usa. When she was in India I applied for the tourist visa but I was told to file a petition.

Till now I was unaware of this process. I had seen that there is a provision that she can apply for me...
could you please tell where and under what category do we stand so that she can apply for my visa and we can thereafter marry and live happliy as it been a long time. Thanks, your reply will bring two seperated hearts closer and we will really appriciate and pray to god for your success.

you should apply for tourist visa or any other visa...,cos your fiance cannot apply for immigrant K1 (fiance visa petition) because only US citizen can file for you not a greencard holder...,i have read this on USCIS website maybe attorny can help..,ask them
