I need Advice

My girlfriend is about to finish up her Bachelors degree in Accounting in Venezuela in two months. We are planning to have her come to the US using her visitors visa and stay for 6 months. While staying she is going to look for a job in the US to sponsor her to stay.

My two questions are:

1. Prior to her arriving the in the US on a Visitors Visa, should she begin any paper work to assist any company that is looking to sponsor her? Will they even look to sponsor her if she is residing in the US with a non-immigrant status?

2. If during that 6 month period she does not obtain a job, how easy is it to actually marry her and keep her in the US? We have been apart for so long that now that she is done with her degree we would like to spend the least amount of time apart. What would be the steps I need to look into?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have been looking on the web for help and my head is spinning.

I'm am not sure about the whole process of a company sponsering her....but if this does not happen then your best bet would be to file an I129F....fiance visa....however this cannot be filed when she is in the US so you would have to spend some time apart while this application is being processed.
I know there are other ways to go about this....I am not very familiar with them but from everything i hear going the fiance visa route seems to be the best.

this has a list of all the forms....you want the I129F...if you download this form it will have directions for everything you need to do to start the process.
Usually within a matter of months it can be completed but there's some weird stuff going on with this application so it may take a little longer....
