I am a US citizen. I filed for I-130 and I-129F and both are approved. The K3 visa interview is scheduled very soon in few weeks. I also received Affidavit for Support Fee Bill from NVC asking for $70 before NVC sends me I-864.
I also heard that if I-130 processes quickly and reaches Indian consulate, the consulate may deny K3 visa and ask my spouse to wait for I-130 process?
Should I delay filling up I-864 until interview is complete? Or did consulate in India already receive my I-130 approval information?
