I went through the K1 process everything went smoothly and got married & issued green card and permanent residency card.
I was able to get on my mother-in-laws insurance since I'm under 26 and she co-sponsored me with my spouse (since she was below income threshold) for the 2018 year. Currently my spouse is on Medicaid and so I won't be able to be on her medical insurance.
Here's my issue. For 2019, mother-in-laws insurance wanted to confirm that I'm still a dependent and she's still my sponsor, and since I still haven't got my finished K1 packet (it's been over a year since my last interview), how am I able to prove that she is my sponsor? Am I able to request the packet back, or some other way?
