my name was misspelled on the cover letter, wat shud i do? Will this affect my visa processing? and another thing, i dont have the DS-156K attached in the packet, can i just download and print it and use that as my document to be submitted to the embassy?

please please help me, its been more than a year im waiting for this petition.

you can download forms and fill but contact embassy and have them correct ur name and send u new packet..,

thanks ars, but ive just discovered today that my name was also misspelled in the letter from NVC (the letter telling that they're going to send it here to manila). who should we call? the embassy here in manila or NVC?
