US Consulate in Moscow
MY approved K1 petition is currently at the National Visa Center awaiting processing to be sent to the US Consulate in Moscow. Does anyone if the US Consulate can open a provisional file for my fiancee if I e-mail them a PDF copy of my approval letter? I would like my fiancee Victoria to start the pre-interview process before NVC sends notice to the US Consulate in Moscow. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
