applying for Fiance visa?

MY name is saba. and I want to apply for my fiance who is pakistan. We been engaged for 3 yrs. I'm afraid if I fill for him it might be rejected because we haven''t met within 2 yrs. What should I do. Please Help. thanks

As long as you have pictures or some type of evidence that shows you and your fiance met you should not be rejected. By the way I129F petitions hardly get rejected unless they find you committed visa fraud in the past. Don't worry just go ahead with the filing of your petition.

In order to file the I129F you and your fiance MUST have met within the past two years....unless you can prove hardship.
That is one of the requirements....if you haven't met in the 2 years then you obviously can't prove you did...so you must meet in person.
You will also need prove that you have....so pictures...plane ticket...hotel receipts....anything like that

Bella is correct. You must have met in the last two years as a minimum requirement. My only suggestion would be to get a plane ticket and go visit him. Take plenty of pictures of the two of you togther during your trip.
