  • Expiration on fiance visa??

Hello. I just have a general question (I'm a US citizen and my fiance lives in Venezuela). Lets say my fiance is approved for her visa. Is there a time limit between the time she receives her visa and the time she must come to the US? In other words, if she got her visa today, does she have to come to the US by a certain date? Only because my fiance is having trouble getting her passport in Venezuela, and this may take some time. So I don't want her fiance visa to expire before she arrives to the US. Thank you for any help.

    Visa-time-limit

    Hi,

your finacee will get a six-month-period to enter the US. After your petition approved, it will take like 3 or 4 months to get the VISA in your Passport!

After approvel, she will has like 4 months time to get her passport. The Embassy or Consulate will ask for her passport, after her interview was OK!

She will hav esix months after the date of the Visa to enter...the passport must have a validity of at least six months to get the Visa stamped in it
