my friend entered korea w/ a different name and now she's getting married to an american w/ her Real name (she got her original papers sent here)...now she dont know where to apply for visa to go to the states w/her husband...will it ever affect the processing of her visa because she entered here in korea w/ a diffrent name and will get married also here in korea w/her real name??????

thats a tricky one................if is never found out that she entered Korea with a diff name and is prosecuted for it, then it doesnt matter. However I'm sure some difficulties will arise when she needs to get a police certificate etc. Hopefully all the documentation that she will ever need are in her real name. USCIS will not go into how she entered Korea..........thats a matter f or Korea immigration but of course if she is ever caught and prosecuted, she will hav esom eproblems.
