I am bit confused as to what I should do if ANYONE can help... About 2 months back I filed for a fiance visa for my fiance who I was to get arranged married with (CULTURAL) and everything was fine. Just a week back we found out somethings that possibly could break our engagement and in which case I would want to cancel the process of him getting a fiance visa. Any IDEA what is the procedure? Is there a way to stop the process? More over I am worried because More than Likely Ill marry someone from back home and in that case, will i be able to apply for him after this?

You need to write a letter to USCIS and ask that the application be cancelled. The letter has no special format...........make it short and concise and state simply that you're withdrawing the application filed on x date. You need not give a reason but be sure to include your full name , his full name and the receipt number of the application. Make sure you send it by certified mail and keep copy of the letter. yes, youll be bale to marry someone else and file for them. You could use the foll.if you want
