questions about DS-230 and I-864...confused
my name in my passport is my maiden name and i got it ammended after i got married..so in the form I-130 my husband filed we used my maiden name coz thats the name in my passport..and now for the DS-230 and I-864 my questions are:
1.should my husband/i also put my maiden name on every other form we gonna fill up??
2.and in the "other names used" section is it ok to put my married name??(coz i already did in I-130 and planning to do the same in other forms...hope it will not cause problems)
3.in DS-230/I-864, is it ok to NOT put my son's name even if i include him in form I-130?? (because he's not gonna go w/me,and not follow anytime soon..MAYBE in 15 yrs he will)
