    visa interview

Congrats. You give me hope! What part of morocco are you in? My fiance is in Berkane. We are still waiting for the approval, which will probably be in October. I too would like to know what my fiance can expect at the interview. Maggie

      just relax.
      take it easy.
      it will be fine.
make sure that your relationship is bonafide and everything will turns alright.
make sure that you know your fiance very well inorder to answer the consul's questions.

            interview questions

            To Elmoa and Poohsgirl721,

            Hey!
Take note of the following questions:
            1. Who is petitioning you?
2.When and How did you meet?
3.How long have you been engaged?
4.What is the work of your fiance?
5.How long have been working in that company?

            I hope this will help....

                  you won't need affidavit support.

My fiance and I were thinking of that too,she sent an Email to usa consulat in casablanca (Morocco)to ask about affidavit support and the yanswerd like this:
                  Dear Madam,
Thank you for your e-mail. Please be informed that an affidavit of support is not required for this type of petition.
                  Regards,
                  IV Casablanca

                    hey mellarbi,
i am surprised that the embassy told you such a document is not required,,,i don t know what they meant with such a reply ,,,but believe me an AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT is one of the main documents that your fiance back in the usa has to provide.
you can check about it and please let me know if you reached any new imformation.
                    thank you,

My Faince's Interview is coming up in 3 weeks. She too got the "List of Documents" form from the Embassy in Tbilisi, gerogia which clearly states

                      - Please note that affidavit of Support ( form i-1134) is not required. Please submit financial documents to show that applicant will not be a public charge in the US"

So I guess I don't need to send an Affidavit of support? They ask for last years tax returns, copy of bank account, Earnings and leave statement, w-2 and letter from Employer.

Can anyone advice should I just fill out an Affidavit of support anyway??
