My spouse got a K3 visa and she came to states 2 days ago, now looks like we are gona get a divorce. Do i have to use USA legal system to get a divorce?

No....you could use that of which ever country you get married in..........howeevr the US , for immigration purposes do not accept divorces from all countries......but if you dont intend to use the divorce decree , say in anothe rmarraige petition, then u dont have to divorce here.

It was a faimly dispute...long story, so i dont have to deal me the property or any other usa law issue rite?Comment
