Advise needed!!

I am 24 and entered the US legally but overstayed with my parents when I was 13.

My father applied for I-485 Emp. based and we had an interview this year, it was denied and right now the attorney has filed for a motion to re-consider. If that doesnt work out I believe we will have to apeal.

Since ive been in the US i have graduated from College and have worked for Major US companies with my EAD. Right not that has been canceled due to the fact that my fathers 1-485 was denied and I am a part or that along with my mother.

Right now my girlfriend has a Green Card and I think we will should get married and not wait for the answer to the motion our lawyer filed.

If I get married does anyone know what hurdles I would face and how long it would take for me to get a Gcard. My girl friend can apply for her Citizenship in March 2007.
If I get married to her now while on her Gcard can get my EAD again? Any suggestions and experiances would be appreciated.
