What is going on?

I have been watching the USCIS web site at the California service center and on July 21,2006, they were working on I-129F's dated March 5, 2006. August 3rd they were working on I-129F's dated March 6, 2006. Today, August 25, 2006, they have posted they are working on I-129F's dated February 23,2006. How come they are going back to February dates? My I-129F was received by them on July 21st. At the rate they are going, my I-129F will never get looked at.

what happend means one thing:they are not able to treat files ,and here I want asked them a question,dear sir or Madam,do you know what does mean love?sure you don't have feeling of couples whom are waiting now and thay are apart physicaly,either you are playing of them and getting them into stress,I WANT TELL ALL COUPLES TO BE MORE PATIENT.
