taking back fiance visa

Hi,
I am in the process of applying for my fiance, and in this process we are at the point where my fiance will be reciving his package within a week or two. I wanted to know if I can stop my petition, without my faince knowing that I am canceling it out. I dont want him to come here, because since the day he has found out that he is coming here he has changed alot! Due to family I cant just say I dont want him to come here so I need to find a way to stop him from coming here without anyone knowing. I would rather live with him back home instead of bringing him here in so much freedom. Can someone please tell me the best way, so that the embassy back home will not give visa to him! Is there anything that I can do, dispite going directly to the USCIS and taking back my petition.

I am really shocked and stressed to see how people change! I was so happy with the fact that we will be very happy here but I guess this wont happen now! Please someone advise me

i understand what you re going through ,,, i ve been through the same experience.however,you should know that not all countries follow the same process.where is your fiance from ?

You can write th e US Embassy and let them know that the engagement is over...a requiremnt is that you must get married within 90 days of his arrival so he cant get the VISA if there are no plans to marry. Even if he does get it and come in, if u do not marry him within 90 days, he will have alot of difficulties trying to adjust/chang ehis status later
Send a copy of the petition and other identifying information and ask that the visa not be granted
