What do I need to submit if my fiance is only 17? I know it says that I should include something that says she can marry. Would that just be a letter from her guardian saying that she can marry or what? What should the letter look like? Any suggestions would help. Thanks.

You need to include info from another source..........go online and download what the requiremnts are to marry in her country and send in that page(s) or you can photocopy the part from the relevant statue ( law) .If it states that her guardian would have to give consent then thats where the letter would come in, also you would need proof that the guardian is really the legal guardian and able to give consent. If she will be 18 soon , why not wait until then?
