WOW!!! CSC received my I-129F petition on 7/18/06. Today I received notice my petition had been approved on 9/18/06. I checked my petiton last night, (9/18/06), and there had been no touches or anything. My page was the same as it was the day CSC received my petition. It only took 2 months!!!! Just shows there is hope when youl least expect it.

Great news djcabor. I just sent in my petition to the Vermont center last week, I hope it takes just as fast as your petition. Which USCIS center did you send it to by the way? And how long do you think it will take now until you get the interview? Did they give you a time estimate?

My petition was sent to the California service center. They received it on July 18th, 2006. It now has to go to the NVS, (National Visa Center), and in month or so it will go on to the Manila Embassy. Manila Embassy will then send my fiancee packet #3.

Expect it to take at lease a month for the Embassy to offically recieve the packet, another couple of weeks to get the interview
