Marriage Visa Question...!!
Hello All,
Here is my sentimental story... My fiance and I are *****ally in love and want to spend the rest of our lives together (as do everyone else here)...and I was in the US when we met.. but i was under M1 visa, and I got my H1B approved. I had to leave the US to get my H1B approved..and now its taking long for me to get an Interview date...
She has been crying ever since the day i left... regreting that she should have just married me while I was there so that I could have got a green card.
I heard about the "Instant Relative" thing upon marriage... so say she comes down here to see me and we get married... Can we get an interview date in any country? I am from India... but what if i apply for a canadian visa and try at the US consulates in Canada? or some other country?
Or is there any quicker way to get back into the states through my fiancee?
My M1 is still valid till 2009... but i dont know any more schools in the US that has M1 Visas for international students.
Any ideas anyone? ANy help would be appreciated. Thank you
