Work Authorization Question

Hi everyone,
My fiancee has passed his interview.
QuestionS I have now about him is :
1) IS HE ALLOWED TO WORK IN US ONLY AFTER COURT MARRAIGE IS DONE.
OR IF HE CAN WORK BEFORE THE MARRIAGE TOO.
2) WILL HE WILL BE GRANT A WORK AUTHORIZATION OR WORK PERMITT @ THE AIRPORT.
3) WHAT DO WE HAVE TO APPLY FOR TO GET HIM WORK PERMIT
4) HOW LONG IT NORMALLY TAKES TO GET HIM A WORK PERMIT & CAN HE STILL WORK BY THE TIME HIS WORK PERMITT IS IN PROCESS.

Hello,

He can not start work until he gets the EAD and you need to file it after he gets married to you in the US within 90 days period. The work permit is generally issued within 60-90 days of its application.

He would'nt be granted the EAD at the Airport.

You need to apply for the EAD by using Form I-765. classify him under the C.9category.

It is illegal to work without the EAD.

our I -94 and petition got expired in july,06 and we got that extended till june ,08; now i want to apply for an EAD as i am on L2.
these are the questions that i have :

if we go on a vacation to India we have to attend a VISA interview and then return to the US in that case should i have to renew my EAD if at all i apply now???? or can i continue with the same EAD???

any help would be great

EAD is good for one year and the renewal application should be applied at least 90 days prior to the original EAD expiration date.

If i apply now for the EAD and go to a vacation in next March then:

after the VISA interview, according to my knowledge ,i will get a new VISA right???? so that doesnt have to do anything with the EAD???
and i also think that my I -94 shall also change...in that case should i get the EAD renewed or just keep the same EAD???
