Help!! Question About Affadavit Of Support!!!

Hello,
My fiance just received his packet from the consulate general, and I was misinformed by the Department of Homeland Security about the Affadavit of Support.
My problem is that my last year's income tax return is low because I was in Brazil. I do have a job now that meets and exceeds the poverty requirements, but I am worried that they will disqualify me because of my last years tax return.
Does anyone have any suggestions or advice if this will disqualify me or not?

I think it would not affect your case so far as you are currently earning above the poverty level guidelines of the US.

Usually they should not, if they in the rare chance do reject it, u can always appeal or find a cosponsor.
