K3 & I-130

My wife received the K3 visa last May 2006. She'll be coming to US at the end of this year. before she got the k3 visa, I-130 was approved as well & they asked me to fill I-864 form & pay the $380.00

My question is, do I need to fill I-864 form & pay the fee?

When you arrive in the US and file for the AOS file I-864 form and pay the fees.
