My wife (of 14 months is in Nanjing China. Our I-130 was approved and I received the Agent notice and the $70 fee request to process the financial support forms. I sent them back to the NVC a week ago. Approximately how long will it be before the next steps for the immigrant visa. What are the next steps??? How much longer will this all take? The government will not even tell me the exact steps still to be done, much less the timing involved.
This site seems to be mostly for Indian immigrants. My wife is mainland Chinese if that matters. She lives in Nanjing. I don't know if she will have to go to Guangzhou or Shanghai (much closer) for the interview, etc.
Any solid information would be appreciated.
