still waiting on visa

my wife was under administrative review at the US embassy manila, they completed there review on October 25th, the embassy requested an updated NBI check ( national Bureau of Investigations)as her original had expired , she hand carried the updated NBI to the embassy on Novemeber 7th, and as of this date we still don't have her visa in hand, we have contacted our congresswoman, to assist us in this matter,by the way she had her oral interview on august 29th , 2006, so it has been almost 3 months now in review, we are hoping that the congresswoman can do what we cannot that is find out exactly what is going on with her visa.praying to GOD.
