Help!! Another Interview Question!
Hello,
My fiance's interview is coming soon, and I am really concerned if he's going to be approved for his visa.
He has a brother that is currently illegal in Florida. A couple of years ago my fiance tried to apply for a tourist visa, but his case was dismissed without prejudice until he brought in his brother's passport.
He recently had to complete another tourist visa application with his fiance application. (really stupid when he's coming up here as a fiance anyways)
I am just worried that he's going to be denied his visa because his brother is still illegal.
If he is denied, what is the appeal process? Would a lawyer help me out in getting his case through?
