Hi,
My Case Got Rejected Under Seccion 221(g). They Said That I Needed To Bring More Evidence. They Did Not Mark Down Or Said What Kind Of Evidence They Needed To See. All The Boxes Are Unmarked Or Unchecked On The Page They Gave Me. I Can Say That I Was Treated Very Unfearly And Unprofectional. That May Can Be Call Descrimination.
The Mistake Was That They Marked Down The Seccion 221(g) And Also They Marked Down A Box That Says That My Case Was Going To Be Returned To The Home Land Security Department..
I Think That Is A Mistake Because It Can Not Be Both A The Same Time. The Funccion Of Seccion 221(g) Can Not Be Applyed If The Case Is Returned.
My Relation Ship With My Girl Is 100% Real. I Miss My Girl And I Want My Girl Here With Me. I Have Cryed And Suffered Because Of This Mistake They Made.
Please. I Need The Best Help Or Advice Out There. This Is Very Painful.

the VOs have vastly more experience interviewing people than you do, so I doubt you are qualified to know everything about the process.
221g is correct, by the way, if the case is being returned to DHS. So, the consuls did NOT make a mistake, even though you think so. They have every right, and duty, to return cases that aren't proven to their satisfaction (not your satisfaction).
