Port of Entry

I just have a question about being denied entry into the US. My fiance was given his K-1 Visa and I am really happy about that. However, I know that there is a possibility that they will deny him entry into the US. Can someone tell me reasons why entry may be denied? My fiance is leaving everything behind to move here and be with me and if they deny him entry he will be left with nothing. This makes both of us really paranoid and worried. Have any of you ever been denied? Please let me know if this is something I should be worried about. Thanks!

hi, right now i am in that situation. i will tell you what i know. if they see something wrong in your case and they need to see more evidence, they will not deny your case,they will return your case to the place where you deposited the petition the first time. than, it will be investigated. in my case, they sent it to the home land security.
i will give some advices.i think you will be ok if you follow.
#1. get married. because that way you don't have to bother aplying for green card. also it takes almost the same time. also they hate k1 visa. they say it is the #1 fraud in the world.
#2 make sure you bring all kinds of proof or evidence. pictures,reciep,leters, e-mails,phone bills,calling cards(used). anythng that proof your relation ship.
#3 don't be shy or timid. and if they try to put you down and you think that is unfearlly, ask for a supervisor and step up for your rights. don't give up.
#4 keep this process quiet. noone have to know about it.no even your family. people sometimes wish you the worse no the best.

Thank you but my fiance and I have already gone through the process. He is flying here from Italy on Feb 28. My family already knows about it and they have supported me from day 1. Im just worried he is going to fly here and they are not going to let him in. I just want to know under what circumstances they can deny him entry into the US at the port of entry in the airport..
